I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Cindy, also known as Woo. I'm an Atlanta native with a background in English and Project Management. Writing and speaking have always been my passions, and my true mission lies in healing through words, reflection,  connection, teaching,  and of course, my herbs!  This spiritual blog is my step of exploration toward sharing my journey. It’s been years since I’ve truly written and even longer since I’ve felt free to express my feelings. This work is designed to ground you so deeply that you are no longer easily moved by circumstances in the natural realm. Instead, you gain discernment, resilience, and the capacity to confront and overcome the unseen spiritual forces that seek to oppress, distract, or diminish you.
